Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for situations such as:

  • Sudden serious illness or injury

  • Contagious illness

  • Hospitalization

  • Death of an immediate family member

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without any notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee of $99.00
