Inclement Weather Policy
Your safety, and the safety of our staff, is our top priority.
In the event of severe weather or adverse conditions, The Natural Path reserves the right to close the office and postpone/reschedule in-person appointments.
We do not take this decision lightly and understand it can be frustrating If your appointment is affected.
If this happens, you will be given priority as we work to accommodate your needs as quickly as possible.
Returned Phone Calls/Emails
Emails are the best way to communicate your needs at [email protected], otherwise you may leave a message at 888-606-2973. We reserve the right to two business days for response, but our goal is to return messages by the end of business day.
Cancellation
We understand that life happens, and schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to offer your appointment time to another client in need.
Refunds
Because our programs are frontloaded with education and information, we are unable to offer refunds once your initial consultation has taken place or program materials have been released.
Additional Support
To help us maintain a comfortable, allergy-friendly environment for all clients and staff, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing perfumes or body sprays when visiting our office. Thank you for your understanding.
Seasonal Hours
Please note that our office hours are subject to seasonal adjustment, with reduced availability during the holiday season and summer months.
Zero-tolerance for Harassment and/or Discrimination
The Natural Path is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all clients, guests, and staff. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind. Any individual who engages in such behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately, will forfeit all monies paid, with no refund issued, and will be denied services on any future appointments.
